Founding team of Elite Business Coaching

From Vision to Reality

Elite Business Coaching was founded in 2012 by Emre Yilmaz and Leyla Kaya, two seasoned business consultants who recognized an unfilled need in the Turkish market. Having worked with multinational corporations across Europe and the Middle East, they observed how Turkish businesses were uniquely positioned at the crossroads of Eastern and Western business practices, yet lacked coaching solutions that truly understood this distinct positioning.

What began as a small consulting practice with just three clients in Istanbul has grown into Turkey's most comprehensive business coaching firm with offices in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. Our initial focus on executive coaching has expanded to encompass leadership development, team building, strategic planning, and digital transformation—all tailored specifically for the Turkish business landscape.

In 2016, we launched our pioneering Turkish Business Growth Academy, which has since graduated over 500 business leaders. By 2020, we had established partnerships with leading international coaching federations, bringing global best practices to the local market while maintaining cultural relevance.

Today, we're proud to have worked with over 1,000 businesses across Turkey, from ambitious startups to established industry leaders, helping them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and create sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive global market.
